I've got some zoom on the camera now so I grabbed a picture of this hummingbird.















Here you can see about how far the lil guy is away. He was on the very top of that tree that hasn't leafed out yet in the middle of this shot.

My Hiabiscus Plant keeps flowering pretty. Wish it would do better on the growing leaves part.













The black bamboo is going crazy and doing what it's supposed to. See those husked over shoots? It grows up as a stalk coated in those, probably 2' per day. Then it branches out over about a week and now, the ones that are about 1.5 weeks old are STARTING to leaf out. It's a wierd, ugly process but. . . they'll look nice soon.













I like Ruby Glow. . Anna knows it's scientific name, I do not.

These knees have some bees!

Not all the bees were IN the cage. . Went pretty well except they didn't put the candy in with the queen and she got away from us. . I wasn't expecting that one. We'll have a new queen on the 11th.
